Delivery and Transportation

Non-tiered cakes and cupcakes will be passed to you in an enclosed box and a paper cake carrier bag. You can safely transport them on the train, tube, or on the passenger floor of your car (however, e recommend driving slowly around corners). 

Once the order has been delivered and set up or collected you are responsible for it and we will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage arising.

Cake Sizes and Portion Guide

6-inch | serves approx. 10-12

8-inch | serves approx. 20-22

10-inch | serves approx. 30-34

Portions are based on 2" x 1" slices and may vary depending on how the cake is cut. For more details, please see our portion and cake cutting guide.


Cake Storage


Most of the cakes and cupcakes keep very fresh in the fridge for up to 4-5 days (decorations may vary) but the 'Use By' date is clearly labelled on each box.

Stored at room temperature, we recommend consuming the cake or cupcakes within 2-3 days.

If you are not eating the cake on the day of collection, store it in the given cake box in a fridge with no odours.


Bring the cake to room temperature around 30-40min before cutting.

Leftovers are best stored in an air-tight container.


Allergen Information

All allergens are listed in the description of each cake and clearly labelled on each cake box.


We work on the highest hygiene levels but please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that handles the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites 

and soya. 

For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from

traces of these allergens.

You should also note that some decorations are not edible (fresh flowers, cake toppers, boards, etc). You are responsible for advising your guests of this and we will not accept any liability for any damage or injury arising from any such exposure. 

Edible flowers or other bespoke decorations can be requested via our quotation form.

Payment & Cancellation

To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of 50% for wedding orders, and £50 for celebrations cakes over £100. Orders below £100 have to be paid in full.

Your date is not secured and your order is not confirmed until we have received this payment.


All quotations will be sent via e-mail and are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise prices after this period.

For wedding orders, the balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the date of delivery.


For celebration cakes and all other orders, the balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 3 days before the date of delivery unless agreed otherwise.


In times of uncertainty due to Covid-19, orders can be postponed if notice is given no later than 3 days before delivery/collection.
